In most cases a maintenance program includes the following:

Fire Ant spot treatment
Edging of walls, drives and curbs
Pruning bottom branches of trees as needed

Blowing of walks, drives, and other areas
Crack and crevice wee control on hardscapes
Manual weed control in beds
Pre-emergent weed control on turf areas in Spring and Fall, unless over-seeding is desired
Fertilization of turf grass and beds in spring, summer and fall
